First off, Spark’s World is only a working title. If you have a better title feel free to shout it out. This project serves a few purposes. One, I like the story concept but haven’t the time to flesh it out. Two, I have no idea what the story really is. Three, I have wanted to do this sort of interactive project for a long time.
I see the site as a very large role playing game, where we can all have fun and practice our story building skills. With thousands of characters to develop and even more stories to tell, I want to see the world developed. As those stories develop I plan to put together anthologies of the best stories on a regular basis. It is my hope that the authors will make a few bucks, but more importantly to give them the satisfaction of seeing their names in print.

Note: The places in this scenario are real, I wanted fixed locations to ground the scenario in reality. That said I am not using the real name of anyone associated with these places. Following that second rule, I have changed the names of local private businesses that bear their owners name, but I did not change the nature of the business.
